Lorraine Dervan

Lorraine is a secretary in the trade mark department and has been working at MacLachlan & Donaldson for more years than she cares to remember (or disclose).

Lorraine works closely with the Trade Mark Attorneys, helping prepare and file National, European, Foreign and International trade mark applications. She prepares post-registration matters, including the recordal of assignments and changes of name and also conducts mark searches on the Irish, UK and European trade mark databases.

She is a vital part of the trade mark team with extensive knowledge on all aspects of trade mark administration.
