Company Rebrand

In 2002, Maclachlan & Donaldson (Dublin) and Ansons (Belfast) formed a strategic alliance, allowing the firms to offer IP services throughout the island of Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union. At that time, it was beneficial for MacLachlan & Donaldson and Ansons to maintain their separate identities. However, over the last twenty-plus years, we have evolved. World events, such as Brexit and the Covid pandemic, have worked to mould the two offices into a single team operating in two locations. It is time for us to express the unity and solidarity between our offices by adopting a joint visual identity that truly represents who we are today.
We are incredibly proud of the legacy, reputation, expertise and outstanding client service which have been the cornerstones of our success. These will be the foundation upon which we will build a stronger, united future under the new shared identity of MacLachlan IP.
While our look and names have changed, our mission remains the same — to support you in safeguarding your client’s Intellectual Property across Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the European Union with the same dedication and excellence you have always relied on.
